1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship across Canada via Canada Post and UPS. Stay tuned as we expand to more regions!
2. How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
3. Can I change or cancel my order?
You can cancel or update your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing us at support@elekidz.ca with the subject line “Cancel Order.” Once your order is processed and a tracking number is provided, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
4. What if I entered the wrong address?
Please double-check your shipping and billing address before checking out. If you need to make an update, email us at support@elekidz.ca as soon as possible. Once the order is shipped, we won’t be able to make changes.
5. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We currently accept returns on unused items within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are issued in the form of store credit once the item is received and inspected.

7. Are your products safe for babies and toddlers?
Yes! All our products are safety-tested and made from non-toxic, BPA-free, food-grade materials. They’re thoughtfully designed to support safe and joyful development.
8. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can use it anytime to check your delivery status.
9. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We’re so sorry! Please email us at support@elekidz.ca within 48 hours of receiving your package, along with a photo of the item. We’ll make it right.
10. Can I send a gift?
Absolutely! During checkout, you can mark your order as a gift and even leave a message. We’ll pack it with care—no prices included in the package.
11. Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we do! Our digital gift cards are perfect for baby showers, birthdays, or any special moment. Available in multiple values on our website.
12. Do you have a physical store?
Not at the moment—we’re an online-only store based in Canada. This helps us focus on quality, customer service, and affordable shipping.
13. How do I care for your products?
Most of our items are dishwasher-safe (top rack recommended), or easy to clean with mild soap and warm water. For specific care instructions, check the product page.
14. Can I collaborate or become a brand ambassador?

15. Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts?
Yes, we do! For daycare centres, retailers, or bulk gifting inquiries, email wholesale@elekidz.ca with your request, and we’ll be happy to help.
