Shipping Policy
At EleKidz, we are committed to delivering your orders with care, reliability, and transparency. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.
-Shipping Within Canada Only
We currently ship exclusively within Canada via trusted carriers Canada Post and UPS. Shipping timelines and options are displayed at checkout based on your location and selection.
-Order Processing Time
All orders require 3–4 business days to process before shipping. Please note that processing time excludes weekends and holidays.
-Order Cancellations
You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting us at support@elekidz.ca with the subject line: “Cancel Order”.
Once your order has been processed and a tracking number has been issued, cancellations can no longer be possible.
Please ensure your cancellation request is made promptly. We cannot modify or cancel orders beyond the 24-hour window.
-Shipping & Billing Address Accuracy
Before confirming your order, please carefully review both your shipping and billing addresses.
If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@elekidz.ca.
Once an order has been processed and a tracking number is issued, address changes cannot be made and the order cannot be canceled or modified.
-Delivery Timelines
Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to the selected shipping carrier. Delivery timeframes depend on the shipping method chosen at checkout and your location within Canada.
