Returns & Exchange Policy
At EleKidz, we care about your experience and aim to deliver products you and your little ones will love. While we take pride in our quality, we understand that returns may occasionally be necessary. Please review our policy below before making a return or exchange.
-Return Eligibility
For safety and hygiene reasons, we accept returns only under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
- A valid proof of purchase is required
Used or opened products cannot be returned.
-Return Process
To request a return, please email support@elekidz.ca with the subject line: “Return Request”, including your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
Once approved, we will share return instructions.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
-Refund Method
Once your return is received and inspected, you may choose to receive a refund in the form of:
- Store credit, which can be used toward any future purchase
- Original payment method (if applicable and approved)
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
-Exchanges
We offer exchanges for unopened items if you wish to swap for a different color or variant, subject to availability. Email us at support@elekidz.ca with the subject: “Exchange Request”.
-Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@elekidz.ca, including photos of the item and packaging. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
